I was passing through the area and made an online order through the website. I arrived to find a long line of cars out to the... street (estimated to be 8-10 cars). I parked and attempted to go inside for pick up. After several attempts for attention at thelocked door, I accepted I had to join the long car line. This resulted in a 43 minute wait and stale food. I love a goodPopeyes, but this is not it. At the least they need to let online orders be paused, as it defeats the point if you have to waitin line anyway. Read more
Lord this Popeyes never gets the order right. Haven?t been here in a while but was near them. I ordered three wings mild and... fries. I got a three piece wing and two thighs all spicy. Tried calling once I got home and of course no one answers! Read more
They have very bad customer service except for one manager who wears a bun. The manager with the braids is very rude and very... upset to be at work. The experience was very normal for me at Popeyes , they are either out of something or don't finish takingyour order and still tell you to pull around. They gave me all the sauces I wanted though, so it's fine. I would not recommendeating here via door dash but picking up your food you get to say the things that are wrong . We ordered over 120.00 in food to be picked up at a specific time for a party. The food was not ready. I had to wait over 30... minutes for it to be ready. Again, the food I received was good. That being said, the food I ordered and what I took home didn't jive. My wife's chicken... sandwich was non existent and I live too far from the store to drive all the way back to complain to a staff that didn't care toget it right the first time. Unfortunately, this is the only Popeyes in the area. I like the food but this restaurant staff istrying their to keep me away. As you can guess, has happened to me before... 2 other times. Additionally, you can't walk in toget your food and check it before you leave, drive thru only. Zaxby's has better service and they get your order right. Read more
