This location seems to have gone slightly downhill over the past few years. It used to be super fast and always clean, but it?s... no so much lately. We ate dinner here a few weeks ago and were underwhelmed. Plus, they advertise on almost every window thatthey have the loyalty program, but they don?t actually offer it yet. They said the Vestavia location is the only one that has itright now. Kind of a bummer. Read more

Very slow service! The poor girl in drive thru was working by herself taking orders making drinks and passing out food. This was... at lunch time. Makes no sense? Maybe have a manager help. If y?all keep working people like this you?re going to be even moreshort handed. Read more

Service was extremely slow. Fries weren't seasoned like normal and were room temp. I know most prices everywhere have gone up,... but there's was more than necessary for a meal that wasn't prepared well. Read more

Yesterday was my second time trying this location & both times was I disappointed. Food wasn?t fresh first time I tried them a... month ago. Went again yesterday, to see if they would change my first experience and what an epic fail! The young ladyimmediately yelled through the speaker, ?We?re only taking cash out card reader is down?! KAREN'S BEWARE - NO SATISFACTION HERE This Milo's did me a big favor last night and should be commended for their dedication to... customer service. My daughter was in the hospital across the street and I was running around getting everything in order, etc.After going to her house to pick up her dog, etc. she asked for some food because she hadn't eaten all day, and not payingattention to the time I pulled into Milo's for some chicken. Pulling to the drive-thru, I could see they were cleaning up. Ayoung girl opened the window and very politely stated that they close at 9:00pm, but another girl working there asked me what Ineeded and told me she thought they could do that; and did it. ...At that point I told them that my daughter was in the hospitaland will really appreciate their efforts (first time I told them my sad story). I want to commend these people forgoing aboveand beyond the 'call of duty'. They've created another loyal customer. Read more

Ordered 3 meals (plus a five count nugget) and only received two of the sandwiches. The sandwiches that we did receive were not... what we ordered. So we paid close to $30 for a bunch of fries and wrong sandwiches. The sandwiches that were included did notlook appetizing. I am angry that we wasted money here only to get home 20 minutes later and still not have supper. If you wantto run a decent business, double check the bags before handing them out? Read more

I got 3 piece tenders and they forgot my double-O so we had to go back around but then they gave us 2 with kindness. The chicken... is still juicy and crispy and delicious! They put too much dadgum ice in the drinks tho I think I got like 2 sips out of it.Fries are fine! Unfortunately, they changed the beef. It no longer looks or tastes like it is original recipe and handmade. Itlooks like a McDonald?s burger now. And not a quarter pounder. A cheap patty that they throw on the smaller cheeseburgers atMcDonald?s. Sad. Read more
