I really wish this Dunkin would fill my drink all the way. Multiple visits now, they give me my Matcha latte with a 1"-1.5" gap... at the top. It's very frustrating when it keeps happening time after time. Their new mobile order drive through line is justconfusing, and doesn't speed up the process. The line still moves slow. Read more

We couldn't put a order in, come to find out, they locked themselves out of their store, so the question is why were they both... out of the store in the first place? Anyways 1 star review since I couldn't order over a mistake that the workers made. Read more

What does a girl have to do to get cream in her Boston Corey donut?! I go almost every day and I would say out of the 7 last... visit, 5 of the donuts were empty. Not more breakfast stops for me I guess? shame, waste of money! Read more

This location is amazing! My friend and I were originally going to Starbucks, but their dining room was closed due to Covid-19... precautions. We loved it! The staff was friendly and prepared our delicious drinks quickly! All staff was wearing masks as well.We?ll definitely visit again! Read more

I visited on 7/31. Received a over buttered big and toasty. I called the number on the website and it went to a voicemail. I... left a message but no one called me back. I retrun today( the next day) only for me to first see the front cashier taking cashand he did not change his gloves in between transactions. When I made it to the register, I was told the manager had gone to thebank and he was the only one able to give me a refund. I was told I could wait 15 for him to return( at that time it was 11:20)or they could give me something else. Why would I get something else when I have seen you practice horrible hygiene practicesduring this pandemic era. I waited in the lobby 15 minutes. So at 11:35, I go back to the register and ask the young ladycashier now to ask first young lady that told me it would be 15 minutes to confirm how much longer so she then goes to the backand basically now I'm standing and customers are coming in line growing. So finally the managers comes in baby blue polo shirtsee everyone in line and when he makes it to the back he comes back to see how he can help me. At this point I ask for a refundand he process the transaction. Not once did he apologize about the service, my wait time and he just hands me my money. Ileave. Read more
