I would definitely give a 10 stars if that was possible! I'm in love with this place. When family wants to go out, this is my... first pick. Quick service, friendly funny staff, amazing drinks and kid friendly! Extremely happy with the food, always freshand hot and always good. With the dozens of trips I have made there, yet to have a mistake or anything be cold or slow. Evenwhen they are busy, my wait was 45 minutes and once we were seated it was like we were the only ones there. Don't know how theydo it. Thank you guys! Read more
I saw this place on Facebook and it looked great! Finally got to try and I was so disappointed.. all my fries even the kids... fries tasted like cardboard or like they were fried with other foods. Forgot my bacon on my burger too and even the burgertasted funny. Outtta the $70 worth of food I got.. the only thing that tasted good were the corn nuggets. Bummer. Read more

Food is good, atmosphere is great, though I've had issues with the staff, seating process, ordering for pickup they forgot a... dish for me and refused to refund it. Hosts aren't very professional. So the food, cost and decor are great, but their staff islacking. Read more
Kami our server was outstanding. It took almost an hour to get our onion straws and our food was just as long. But the server... took very very good care of us. And the manager not one time ever came to the table. Read more
6 of us went to the rail house for dinner and drinks tonight. My first time there. Same for several other in my party. We got... there late dinner around 7pm. The place was very busy. Inside and out. The bar was full. It's a clean, fun looking place. Wegot a table right away and a waitresses right away. "Kami" she was very nice. Great at her job. She did her best to take careof us all. But... they must of been short staffed or something. It took way to long to get our appetizers. I mean 2-3 drinksin. Then dinner look even longer. I mean longer. Luckily we were all in good spirits and waited it out. Kami made it aspleasant as possible, apologizing for our wait. Comping our appetizer.. Hopefully this was a one time thing there. Food wasgood, drinks were good. They probably would have gotten a 4-41/2 stars from me if the wait wasn't so long. I say give them atry. Hopefully you have a little faster service than we did. Ordered french fried pickles with wine order. Got wine, got salad..which I ordered later. Got pickle fries right before main... dishes. Portobello mushroom burger, medium was so over done and dry. Dirty salad had no dressing. Very unsatisfactory meal.Waitstaft gave us 25% off the burger. Vert disappointing. Read more
