Good love the real size of dounuts but they never have many

Sadly, I have to give this place a poor review. We ordered a simple apple fritter. It was of poor quality, and my 8 yr old son... didn't want to eat it. I asked the counter staff if they could exchange it for a better fritter. Their answer was "sorry, allour donuts are made equally, we can't give you a different one." Stopped at this location on our way to the cottage and were pleasantly surprised of the new look of Coffee Time. The shop was... very clean and the staff was super friendly. We had the iced coffee and some donuts. The kids loved the boston cream and myhusband really enjoyed his sandwich. Everything was made fresh and tasted great! Will be stopping here every time we head to ourcottage. Read more
Great coffee time , has had recent remodel so all is fresh and new. Only thing I don't like is breakfast is premade warmed up... microwave meals, as farther south on 48 in Baldwin the coffee time there makes fresh hot bacon eggs home frys , nicer thenpremade warmed up. Read more
I was in this establishment yesterday, I seen the owner playing on her phone she didnt wash her hands when she made food for the... other costumers, the floors are disgusting and needed to be cleaned not to mention the washrooms. I noticed that there wascobwebs on the lights, tables weren't cleaned either. I bought a coffee and a Boston cream it tasted like it was a few days oldand as hard as a rock. My husband and i were in town for the day and desperately needed coffee. We are from Toronto, most coffee times are not that... great. we decided to go into this location and the first thing i said was "wow this coffee time is so nice compared to the onesin Toronto". We ordered a cup of coffee, a doughnut, butter tarp and "worlds greatest carrot cake"- and they were not lying! Thecarrot cake was so delicious, we purchased another one to go! The coffee was also very good. Not only was the desserts andcoffee satisfying the service was impeccable. I have never walked into a coffee shop - and im from Toronto, where we weregreeted so kindly and inviting. The two wonderful ladies serving us were very kind and friendly. I stopped here today and bought a choc dipped donut ,corn muffin and small coffee .The donut was very firm and almost led me to... believe they were day olds. The top of the corn muffin was very hard as well .Coffee was good .Service was good just wish thefood was a bit fresher . Read more
