Very clean and flavorful broth that needed no Sriracha or hoisin sauce. Nice portions and restaurant is clean and spacious.... Service was quick and overall experience was pleasant. Be mindful that they have increased their menu prices slightly as statedon the front of their menu due to of course, inflation. FYI, receipt does not match menu hence the notice on the menu. The decoration is beautiful and elegant. Staffs are nice (until rush hour and we were being neglected for a bit, but in overall... we were nicely served). I would highly recommend the place, however you might need to come early. They open at 11 so be here at11. Around 12:30ish there will be a line, and you cant wait inside either. The foods are good. I ordered sizzling beef steak(Bò Né) and beef stew noodle soup (or Vietnamese braised beef stew noodle soup, to be exact). Both are a bit pricey in myopinion. For the Bò Né they should replace the spam with pate to balance out the saltiness of the beef. The sauce is a littletoo sweet for my taste. Beside those, the steak tasted tender, juicy, and smoky. The fried eggs has a really nice crispy texturealong the edges and a runny yolk to mix with the oil and sauce. In a nutshell, chef ????. I have attached pictures of the dish,which look mouth-watering. For the beef noodle soup, the beef chuck portions have fatty layer intertwined in it so the meatsisn't dry up. I wasn't impressed with flavor of broth, texture of noodles in spring rolls nor in pho, they were slightly hard and clumped... together. No one offered refills on beverage. Service was lacking. Read more

This is one of the best pho restaurants we've eaten at recently. It's a busy place and it's family oriented so be prepared for... the noise level. The restaurant is open and airy and clean. The hostess and servers were polite and service was fast. We a combospring roll and pho and they were both pretty good. We will be back. Read more
