I normally don't review franchises unless they make a really strong impression either positively or negatively. Went to this... location close to midnight on a Saturday. Mikki and the rest of the staff there were absolutely amazing and friendly. They areprobably the main reason this review is here. Service was fast and great, considering the time and it's not like they weren'tbusy either. Exceeded my expectations for a late night meal. Look it's been declining badly and super fast, It's not like it use to be. For it to be in "Pearland" area it's not standing up... to its more calm more clean and not ghetto kind a way senerio. I was not impressed even though it?s just Waffle House I have certain expectations. I worked in Fairhope,Alabama for 4 months... and the only thing worthwhile and open after 11 was Waffle House maybe they just set the bar high for me. My over medium egg washard and a little brown.
