This was my worst Taco Bell experience. I went inside to place my order but it took a least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge... that I was there. Their focus was on the drive thru. When I finally got my order the food was cold and there was hardly any meaton my Mexican pizza. I rated my experience 1 star but if I could have given 0, that would fit best. Read more

Just got a breakfast crunch wrap and the manager on duty lied about one of the ingredients and tried to charge me for the... missing ingredient when I pointed it out. I was refused a manager name and the manager stayed out of sight from the drive thruwindow. I was there at 9:50am on November 4th, 2022. Read more

Ordered all vegetarian items through the kiosk. When I asked the person who gave us our food that it was vegetarian, he told... yes. Then went home and found out that few items had beef in it. Sent a message to taco bell through their website but have notbeen contacted yet. Very disappointed with this Taco bell. Read more

Normally I like Taco Bell. They?re quick and good! I went during lunch rush today and the customer service inside the lobby was... HORRIBLE! There was one man in front of me and after having to ASK to be helped the woman told him to enter his order on thekiosk. He told her he didn?t WANT to use the kiosk and asked to have his order taken at the counter. She reluctantly took hisorder then finally asked me what I needed (I had a mobile order but went in bz the line was too long in drive through). While wewere waiting the other man noticed he was overcharged by $2.00 for his order and called the lady back over. He even asked me toverify what the sign said. She argued with him saying ?yeah but the prices changed?. He said it doesn?t matter?your sign says$12.99.? So the lady told him she didn?t have TIME to take care of the issue. He got mad and told her to cancel his order. I?min customer service, too and you DO NOT EVER tell a customer you don?t have time to take care of their issue!! Good way to losethose customers and get bad reviews! Come on Taco Bell?.step up your game!! Read more
