Horrible! I ordered from the app. So all they needed to do is read the order and make it accordingly. I ordered a turkey, ham... and roast beef sub. I got teriyaki chicken, ham, and roast beef. I hate teriyaki! My other sandwich was supposed to be ovenroasted chicken, TOASTED and no tomatoes. It wasn't toasted it had teriyaki chicken! with tomatoes. Terrible experience Read more

I came in today and order a foot long chicken sub, however as I finished the first half of the sandwich I saw a bug/mosquito... when I went for the second half it was disgusting ????. The worst part of my experience was when I asked for a refund aftershowing the employee the bug in my sandwich. She tried to argue with me unprofessionally that it?s a 6 inch not a foot long so Itold her that it was a mobile order and she can check the receipt! 6:27 pm This is the worst Subway I have ever been to! Every time we order, either the order is made incorrectly or they are out... of something. I?m currently driving 10 minutes back to the store bc my order is once again wrong. I order through the app sothere are literally written instructions. I order the same thing each time: tuna toasted with spinach, pickles and cheese.Never mind the fact that employees are trained to apply tuna like a condiment where it?s basically just bread. Today, I open mysandwich and it?s overly toasted bread with cold tuna. Cool, I can warm it up, but why is there mustard, Mayo, bell peppers,onions and God knows what else on the sandwich??? Ok. I call to let them know I?m on my way and no one ever answers the phone.I called 4 times! 6:41 - I?m finally here. No one greets customers. I?ve been standing at the register for 2 minutes and no onehelps. There is a long line of people with one employee working. Let?s see how long I have to wait for a refund. 6:43 Employeefinally comes to the register and never acknowledges me. She begins ringing up the next customer. A hello or I will be rightwith you will suffice. 6:45 Spoke with Jessica. She cannot offer a refund bc I ordered through the app. I would have to comeback tomorrow. Jessica is polite. I do not fault her, but where is her help?? Meanwhile, other customers are moaning andcomplaining bc they?ve been waiting so long. I will not be coming back tomorrow or ever for a refund bc it?s not worth my timeor peace. If you don?t care to hire and train enough quality employees, just close already. I see too many bratty reviewers here with zero patience holding this place to the standard of a 5 star restaurant. That is not... what this place is suppose to be. I go here once or twice a week and I can tell you this place is alright. I go there to getwhat I want and I get what I want. I get my order made by asking things loud and clear with full attention making sure that mysandwich is how I want it to be. If it takes 10 min or 15 min to get ready then that's fine, as long as my sandwich is how Iwant it to be. Read more

This was absolutely my worst experience ever at Subway. Not only was I skipped in line with my order was not made correctly the... first time and short changed on the order also. I will never go back to this location as soon as I can get somebody on the phonewith corporate will be seeking all my money back Read more

Up until recently I would have easily given this location 5? but the last 2 times I've gone they've messed up my order. Can... easily tell why since both times my sandwich was made by the same person and I hadn't seen her before then. Guess I'll have tostart going to another location since it seems they can no longer correctly make the food I order through the app. Read more

I visited this Subway at 11037 Broadway Pearland Tx suite 113 today Sunday May 29, 2022. Very Low on bread selection, accept... cash only, no cookies. Very unpleasant experience. Workers said they are not baking anymore bread or cookies. Time is 2:22 pm.This is the 2nd Subway in Pearland that has poor service. Subpar service. They hire anybody to work and workers do not careabout good service. Poor poor service. Read more
