A few weeks ago I had a big order for our theater arts department and Ashlyn and her team made it happen. I placed my order on a... short notice and hoped for the best. Ashlyn and her team went above and beyond to make it all possible. Not only did they makeall 50something of my subs, but they sorted them out, packed plenty of veggies since we asked for veggies on the side, andprovided everything needed. You see the thing is I didn't order a typical catering box, this was a school function andeverything was customized and individually wrapped. When it was time to serve it was such a breeze because everything that wecould have possibly needed was provided. The service was phenomenal and Ashlyn was such a sweetheart to work with. I woulddefinitely come back for future orders and encourage everyone else to come to this Subway for your catering needs. Read more
They have 2 guys working there, one really polite the other one totally rude. I ordered my sandwich and he gave me an attitude... because he wanted to tell me how to make my sandwich and what to put in it. I told him I thought that the customer got to choosewhat they want in their sandwich and he replied mumbling rude comments. Will probably not be going to this subway, the girlsthey have there are nice and the other guy as well but that Reagan dude needs to get fired! Thursday evening July 28 about 8:30 wanted to go in and order some take out, there were 2 employees inside, but the door was... locked. The hours posted on door said open till 10pm, employees inside didn?t acknowledge me outside the door. ??????????? Read more
I arrived at 9:15 to the doors being locked, upon entering the manager told me to wait because she didn?t have the computer up... and running. After waiting they started my order, asking for a toasted sub only to realize I had to wait even longer because thetoaster oven hadn?t been turned on yet either. After paying I ask for a receipt to get my free cookie survey only to find outtheir printer was broken. This is seriously the worst location ever. What a joke. Read more
9:06 came from Pearland subway, to get a meatball sub. They ran out of so I went to this location just to find them closing an... hour early. As I was talking to (Riley) he had a nasty attitude after me asking what time y?all closed. And proceeds to tell me.Ma?am you really want a sandwich that bad. Excuse tf out of me but having two employees and have nobody in the store is noexcuse to say you?re ? understaff?. Especially the subway in downtown Houston only 1 person works. Read more
4/1/2022 I went to have lunch at the Subway on Dixie Farm Road, Pearland, TX. The young man behind the counter was working all... by himself. He was handling a line of customers to the door, as well as online orders, HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB!!! He was patient,respectful, and very kind to an elderly customer who has some special directions for preparing his sandwich. This young manneeds to be commended and rewarded. Just leaving this store and it took over 30 min to make 2 footlong sandwiches. I'm pretty sure the kid working there was high. ... Usually ok service at this location but this was the worst. Even made me lose my appetite. I'll definitely be driving a littlefurther to another Subway. Read more
