We’ve been coming to Sub Zero for years, and it was one of our favorite ice cream spots. Today we brought our overseas guests... here, and it was absolutely horrible. The person who made our ice cream was extremely rude to my dad. We ordered a keto vanillaand a keto coconut ice cream. I’ve had them before, and they were really good, but today it was nothing more than a blob offrozen heavy cream. The vanilla had 0 flavor, it was horrible. I doubt we’ll come here again. So sad. I got the white chocolate strawberry ice cream and it was very good. My friend got the mint chocolate chip and said it was the... best she's ever had. Fyi they did have a dog in the kitchen which is the reason for the 3 stars. That's unsanitary in myopinion. Read more

Great selection of flavors, the guy taking our order explained the process and also mentioned that they can make 1.6 billion... combinations of flavors or you can pick a favorite which they call it as sensation. Amazing to see how they convert the creaminto ice cream in less then 30 seconds. We will be back. Read more

Just had a terrible experience at this location at 3pm 4/29. I haven't been to a sub--zero location since they closed the one in... sugar and and I've always had a great experience, that's why I come back. I won't be at this location. I wanted the sm'or icecream and he didn't allow me to tell him I wanted vegan, sugar free options, or any option for that matter. He just startedmaking it, he didn't ask me if I wanted any additional toppings, and when I confront him about it, the guy told me I should tellhim what I want. I don't know what to ask for, it would have been great if he gave me options or what i wanted....good customerservice. It's been over a year, I don't know what's changed, or anything, but what surprised me the most was when he comparedthe way he does things to Marble Slab. "When you go into Marble slab, you tell them what you want, not the ther way around." Hegave me the impression of someone who does not like where they work. He should quit if customer service is becoming toodifficult for him to simply suggest some options for an ice cream. Read more
