Tried the mobile app. Apparently they didn't get the order in their system. Sat in the pick up curbside parking spot for 15... minutes. No staff bothered to check on us even after they admitted they received our check in notification while deliveringother curbside and drive thru ordered. They absolutely dropped the ball on this. Ordered 2 box combos. For one of them, they only gave 3 tenders, and a small handful... of fries. Complete rip off, not worth ten bucks. Never coming again. This has never happened at a chick fillet. Read more

This Cane?s is right down the street from my church and it is definitely one of my more frequented eating establishments. I am... always impressed with how quick our food comes out to us; sometimes before we can even find a seat they call our name to pick upthe food. The employees are always very welcoming and polite. I can?t say that I?ve had a bad experience at this Cane?s. Thefood is fresh and keeps me wanting more. Sometimes the drive through wraps around the building, but I?m always impressed withhow quickly you can get through the line.
