I normally don't give reviews especially if it's bad but I had to post this review in order to possibly help my fellow neighbors... **DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. TRUST ME**. Look. It?s Pizza Hut. It?s not elite pizza but it?s good, cheap and easy to order. Today I had a great customer service moment.... I ordered something wrong online and the cashier had staff remake my order and was friendly. He bought me a Pepsi for themistake I made. Was craving Pizza Hut and I hadn?t had it for a bit. Never tried this location. We ordered the pepperoni dinner box that comes... with breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. Pan pizza.. was amazed at how crispy the pizza was. Tasted way better than I was evenexpecting. Breadsticks were on point. Hopefully, when you order your pizza at this location you would be lucky enough to have the manager in charge actually schedule... enough people for the night. That way you don't have to wait 2 hours (and counting) for a large 3-topping pizza. Read more
I placed an order with extra sauce. The pizza barely had any sauce. I tried to call the store many times. I have my call log to... prove it. No answer..I called to speak to a supervisor. If there were only one reason I was dissatisfied, I wouldn't even bother to say anything but there were so many areas that... needed improvement. first of all, I received a call from the person who was preparing my order about 5 minuets after I placed myorder stating that there were no bananas peppers available and if I'd I like to replace it with another topping. I didn't havean issue with that. I appreciated the call. My order was supposed to be curbside delivery. After waiting about 40 minutes, (wellbeyond the app stating that my order was ready) I had to go inside the restaurant to retrieve my order because I was clearlyforgotten about. I opened the box and the pizza was obviously cold. It was my birthday so I used a coupon code sent to me byPizza Hut to get an order of free cinnamon sticks. When I opened the box that wan cold also. Not only was it cold, thecoloration indicated it had not been cooked long enough or the temperature was incorrect. After one bite I threw it in the trashbecause it tasted like undercooked dough. The worst Pizza Hut. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They take extremely long to complete your order even if it?s a small order. When you try... calling the store no one answers ever.
