I had the worst experience about 8:30pm 8/1/22 at the Mcdonalds at 8303 West Broadway in Pearland. I ordered 2 burgers large... fry and a carmel coffee with extra carmel with whip cream. The coffee did not have the carmel or whip cream. The woman at thedrive thru pickup window ask for the receipt and asked for $1.50 more took the same coffee squirted the cool whip on the top andkept my receipt alone with the extra $1.50 and lied about adding the extra. I know because I was watching her. I called back tospeak to a manager and they kept on picking the phone up and hanging up. I will NEVER go back to this Mcdonald. Read more
Food is ALWAYS cold straight out the window but you wait long enough you just leave once they FINALLY serve you. NO WONDER... everyone is willing to wait in a mile long line at the Shadow Creek McDonald?s because if this place is the alternative might aswell starve you won?t wanna eat what they give you anyway. I rarely go to this location, why, because I almost never leave happy. Order taking was soddy. Repeating myself and correcting... what I saw on the screen. For whatever reason they needed my receipt back when I got to the pick up window. Had to pull up (notbig deal) We get our bags and the very things I tried to correct at the speaker WE STILL WRONG. Having said that, when I wentinside the shift manager was absolutely outstanding. I wish I could call him out by name. Read more
Ordered and ate a happy meal with a cheeseburger, small fries, and an ice cream cone. I started having stomach cramps within 1... hour of eating the food and this is the only food that I have consumed today. I am no experiencing aggressive diarrhea. Foodpoisoning. I'm only giving this a 1 star because the only thing that was good about this visit was my fries....which were slightly cold. ... Nothing like pulling up to the drive-through with a voice of a person who clearly isn't excited about her job. Our orderconsisted of the spicy nuggets and a fish sandwich. Nuggets were awful, and the fish was dry; slapped between 2 pieces of dry,hard bread. What the heck happened here? McDonald's, you've got to do better. Read more
This McDonald's is horrible!!!!! I ordered two double fish filets, spicy nuggets and fries. They tell me to pull up because my... food is not ready. You figure I would get hot fresh food since I waited for a few minutes. NOPE!!!! Fish filets were hard andsloppy as hell, spicy nuggets were old and no means fresh and the fries were half cooked with no salt!!! They definitely need tochange the grease because everything fried tasted horrible!!! Stick to double cheeseburgers at this McDonald's. It's hard forthem to screw that up!!! I came to get coffee and saw the lady drop the ketchup packet on the floor, use her foot to slide it out, picked it up, and... tossed it in the bag of the drive-thru orders they were packing.
