Harassing me in the store to wear a mask. They had ppl holding there shirts or napkins over there face since the store ran out... of mask. This is a cookie place you have no right to tell people there health options. Get with the times mask are not requiredin Texas. Would not let me buy anything unless I held my sheer shirt over my face. Disappointed and utterly appalled by how Iwas treated and others. Customers in the store felt the same way I did. My question to you is do you want to be in business? This company was established to bring joy and make people smile. Not to decided peoples medical choices and harassing people. Read more

The cookie cakes are amazing but they are still requiring customers to wear a mask. When I went inside without one the girl told... me to put a napkin over my face. Yeah because that will stop the spread ???? Read more

Horrible service, the young man working refused to sell us cookies because we didn?t have a mask. Was going to use our shirts to... cover up and he said no it had to be a mask. Also, I asked him kindly to sell me the cookies while I wait outside the store andhe said no I needed a mask. Went to the car to get one just to come back and they didn?t even have any cookies. Not to mentionthere was no one else here. I even showed proof of my vaccine card. Will not give this store service ever again. Read more

Great customer service and the cookies taste SUPER fresh! They never disappoint with their treats. Yes - there is a sign to wear... a mask for service. Everyone may not agree with it?but it?s what this place of business is asking customers to do. Businesseshave suffered a lot during the pandemic, it?s a simple request to grab a tasteful treat then head out. Read more

We are both FULLY vaccinated. We even got our boosters recently. Everyone?spracticing social distancing including us. I won?t come back again. Read more

It has been months since I have been into Great American cookies and I went in today with my kids for a treat. This location... still requires masks. I did not have one with us so we were very respectful of the 6-ft distance, even though we were the onlypeople in the store with one employee behind the counter. As soon as we entered I was asked to please put on a mask. I statedthat I did not have one and I was fully vaccinated. I was then refused in person service and asked to put in an order onlinefor curbside. I have been respectful about mask mandates, but I feel like if you are still going to require it at your locationwhen it is not required elsewhere, you should at least offer a masks in lieu of losing service.
