Hi I went into my local Marble Slab 2 days ago and was automatically uncomfortable by the way the employees kept scratching... their body parts continuously. None had hair nets nor gloves . I was attacked with ice cream vanilla to be exact. Will not bereturning .Also when the employees were fixing my ice cream , they started coughing up red spots . Then only reason I'm giving this place a 1 star is to get easier visibility for my suggestion. We recently went to the Marble... Slab in the Willowbrook area where there were 2 no-sugar added options. This branch has 0 no-sugar added options. For a decentsized store with tons of flavor choices can you please add a no-sugar added option? When I asked the woman at the store howcome the options are different, she said it depended on what the owner requested but she didn't know how we can put in a requestto the owner. Very bad customer service here. Stopped by to get some ice cream with family since my brother is buying a house close by and I... wish I would have kept on driving. Young ladies here need training. When my brother asked if he could have the same like thelady in front of him the girl working looked at their ice cream and asked what is that and my brother said I don?t know and shethen responded well I don?t know either and just stared at him. My brother asked again so you don?t know what that is and shesaid no. So he orders a banana split and then told her she could have easily asked what kind of ice cream it was and she didn?trespond just completely ignored him. Then it was my turn to order and she was just really rude so much so that I said you know,forget about it. I don?t want anything. Her response, no problem. The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! This is not the first time I?ve come to this location and the young ladies have... horrible attitudes. Today when ordering four orders of ice cream the person who served us was very unprofessional and had ahorrible attitude, she did not fill the cups and gave bare minimal of toppings, and when asking for a lid for the cups sheslammed them down on the counter with an attitude. These girls definitely need better training and customer service classes.Spending 40- dollars on ice cream you should at least be served with a smile. Please get these girls training ASAP!!! A really nice homemade ice cream place! They have tons of different flavors to choose from as well as so many different mix ins.... The ice cream tasted so delicious and fresh and was gone in minutes. Their chocolate cake flavor and the marshmallow one is ourhouse favorite!
