Pretty good pizza, adopted this location recently and the staff is cool. My order is also always on time.
I came here at night around 10 pm and online it says they close at 11 pm on Saturday the manager told me that they are closed... and refused to serve us before closing. I have a grandma at home that just went through surgery and I went to get food for herhere. we even asked the general manager and she claimed they close at 10 that?s why they can?t serve us and she even laughed andgrinned about it when we said you guys close at 11 on sat not 10. Get a better manager for this place this is ridiculous. I?vebeen here 10 times already and have been served after 10 pm before closing. And they both were not wearing hair nets per FDAlaw. Expected better from this place especially since it?s in pearland. Read more
There is a Lady who works here, I didn't catch her name but was so kind and helpful. She is a cute, tall African American girl.... She is doing a great job with customer service. She had all my pizzas and breadsticks ready for our party with a smile. Read more
They're very busy so I waited a bit for a pizza just ordered through the drive through window but they're still very... reasonably priced and worth the waiting time(about15 min)cuz they're still good pizza. Read more
Horrible! What?s the point in ordering online and still having to go in and wait. Seems like they are never fully staffed. It?s... always a issue with your order. Avoid this location if you can. I don?t understand how I had 2 different orders 2 differenttransactions and they say they saw duplicate name so they threw the stick away. I only received one pizza and had to waitanother 30 minutes for another one that I ordered on line to begin with. Read more
Very few interactions with staff when using app, only issue previous was custom order with onions was made wrong with olives. ... Avoiding both onion & olives provides accurate orders. Pizza portal was clean & warm and preferable to waiting in drive thru. Will continue with app orders. Read more
Worst Place.!!! We ordered online around 7:30 pm they said our pizza would be ready at 8:00pm so we where in the drivethru for... 40 minutes and when we finally received our pizza at 8:40 it was cold. It must of just sitting there ready while we sat in thewindow without anyone acknowledging us. Annoyed of the situation we had nothing else to do but go home and re-heat it the oven????This place has been horrible for a while now it should really be shut down!! Read more
They gave away my online order. I'm glad I didn't wait in that long drive thru line just to find out I had to wait for them to... remake it. I should have gone elsewhere but I had already paid. Didn't want to sit there while they figured out a refund.Probably would have wasted even more time. What an inconvenience. What's the point of ordering online then? Read more
