I placed a large order of donuts two days in advance for a Veteran's breakfast with this location only to receive a notification... that morning less than 1.5 hr from when the delivery was supposed to arrive that the order was cancelled. I scrambled to find alocation who could provide over 150 donuts on short notice and the Shipley's less than a mile away was able to fill the requestin 20 mins. Will not be giving Krispy Kreme my personal or commercial business again. Read more
Literally the worst Krispy Kreme in existence. If it?s not the electronics being down where they are unable to take orders. It?s... cash only one day, or no doughnuts of a certain type the next. This branch is horribly managed and needs help immediately. Aname that has so much potential with very little to offer do to its management and staff. If I was the owners I would dosurprise visits here often to see visually why you?re not bringing in the cash you had hoped. This location is the only one that?s KIND OF close to me (I live in Nassau Bay). They?re very limited on the flavors they have.... When you look at the menu on the KK website, they have so many different flavors. This location doesn?t even have half of that.I love the Oreo and cheesecake donuts. This location doesn?t have them. Go to Shipley?s instead. They have a much better varietyand better customer service. Read more
This location is an embarrassment!! I've tried to give them chance after chance but no longer. Every time you visit this... location, they are either closed in the middle of the day or out of something. If you are interested in getting a Latte, don'teven bother. Machine is likely out. I grew up with Krispy Kreme. It was part of my favorite childhood memories. I have to say, the location in Pearland is a far cry... from the quality I have come to know and love from my childhood. My online order was supposed to be ready at 9:58 a.m. When wearrived at 10:10, we were told to pull up. With no communication, we were made to wait until 10:25 a.m. for our order. The mixedselection was wrong, the presentation was terrible, and the lattes were bitter. They did not offer whipped cream on our drinks,even though the drinks on the website showed whipped cream. This was our first visit to Krispy Kreme in years, and it's aninsult to the memories I fondly shared with my late father. Read more
This was an embarrassing visit and being from back east gowning up with Krispy kreme this was a disappointment. From taking a... step into this location. 1st stepping in was like they mopped the floors with Krispy kreme water, no matter where you steppedyou were making sticky noises so you know it wasn't clean, it was not well lit and nothing looked presentable. The donuts lookedlike they came from a second hand store and not fresh, they looked like they were made freehand (if that a way to describe) ourjelly filled looked like oversized bear claws.... just let me say the only thing that looked original was the box. Came here only to get these chocolate covered donuts. Apparently limited time so drove from Clear Lake just for this treat. In... the end was a good decision since i was wanting to try this flavor and was not too overwhelmed with just only chocolate flavor.I will probably buy these again in the future. I came here kind of late in the evening and the guy manning the drive through wasnice and courteous. Read more
