The place makes food fresh and hot but today I ordered a ultimate cheeseburger like i always do and they got my order wrong. I... had to come back I ordered again a number #6 just to see if I was tripping and she still said number 3 went to window told her Igot the wrong order she told me I ordered it but let me remind everyone I don't eat pork like I stated to her and then agentleman said well I heard you say #3 so I tell him sir I never order any sandwich with pork and I get the same thing when Icome. Moral of story don't argue with the customer when you should had took accountability for the mistake. Attempted to go through the drive through. Spoke to 3 different ppl to take an uncomplicated order? when I drove up the kid says... they didn?t get my order and wanted me to repeat it for the 4th time. Avoid unless you have free brain cells to kill.. Read more

Concept of having a menu board to look at before pulling up to ordering board was helpful. Fast was fast and hot. Condiments... were in bag. I ordered the chicken strip which were too salty for me. Service was very good but the food was just average. Read more
I mean, the drive through lady was super super kind, which was a nice positive for the day- however, I ordered a chick-n-tatar... melt, on my sandwich there was no chicken, and the hash brown was rock solid like if they just reheated the sandwich and threwit in my bag. I had ordered a girl scouts milkshake as well for my drink, and they had ran out of cookies to garnish the top,(didn't care) but the cookies inside of the milkshake tasted super stale. :/ Lastly, ordered some eggrolls, and the oil from theeggrolls tasted super off. I'm over disappointed, this was my first meal of the day after work. Fries were good I guess....Usually I'm all for Jack in the Box, but this location is NOT it. Sorry. Read more
Three stars because the service was actually fast at this location for once. Had to take away 1 star because even though I asked... for mayo on my burger they literally put a drop of mayo and I received the most dry burger known to man. Gross. It went straightin the trash. A little effort goes a long way! Read more
The night shift can NEVER seem to get it together. I come here all the time and order the same thing regularly with very... specific instructions. ?3 fresh egg rolls.Please take it out of the freezer & put it into the fryer.? I check it at the windowand it?s always hot and soggy. As specific as those instructions were i clearly know what they are supposed to look like whenit?s FRESH!
