Always gets my order correctly if I don't get a lot I can say they only messed up my order one time

I rated a one star cuz that's all I could put I would rate it a no-star but y'all made me put one. This is the second time that... we pull up at this Jack in The box at 6:00 a.m. in the mornin And don't get no service. The first time they tell us they don'thave any food ready. If you open at 6:00 a.m. you should have food ready cuz people are going to pull up when you open It'scommon sense. Then the second time we pulled up workers looked at us through the window. Don't come ask us what we needed, whattime they were going to open and it was 2 minutes till 6:00 so we waited till after 6 and still did not get served. Poorcustomer service. As an employee I have been trained that when you run a business if somebody pulls up you wait on them and tryto make there morning experience at your place of business the best you can. Your hours say open you should be ready to rockand roll not tell your customers that you don't have nothing ready. This is happened to us at this location and the location ofbeltway and Cullen. We will not be going to Jack in The box to buy breakfast for all of our employees no more. Y'all lost a goodcustomer. We really did try to keep service with y'all but with both locations doing the same thing we now know it's amanagement issue. Read more
Ordered Girl Scout cookie shake and got a vanilla one with 2 cookies on top. Very lazy.
The new munchie meal snacking box was a lot of food for $20. A bunch of mini tacos, curly fries, and chicken nuggets. Easily... feed 3-6 people depending on their appetites. Read more

Every time I come here my order is either wrong or they take forever. I'm done with this place because this time I found hair in... my food. It was so deep in there, when I tried to pull it out, it pulled on the food. Read more
The service inside was just horrible. My mother and I were standing there for over 5 minutes. We had to get their attention just... to get our order in. No one else was inside and the drive-thru had two vehicles. Finally, they took our order and gave us thecups to get our drinks. The soda machine was down. Gave an error saying that the system needed to be cleaned. So the staff hadto fill our cups and they acted like it was a bother for them. Unprofessional all the way around. The food was fresh and hotand tasted good. I can say that but next time I'll go through the drive-thru. Read more
