The place really could use a good wipe down, sanitized. Tables are dirty. I saw spray bottles behind counter but nooe touched... them. The dipping sauce station was empty and crumbs were in the bins and food stains and streaks all over the stainless steel.Food was not good. Patties are paper thin, way to thin and a bit salty. Delicious burgers and string fries. The fry sauce is also amazing and a must try if you have never had it. It comes in regular... and spicy. I have only eaten the regular but I am sure the spicy is just as delicious. The custard options ate plentiful andyummy! The atmosphere is nice and bright and the staff is very friendly. Read more

Saw CHICAGO DOG on the building so this Chicagoan had to check it out... Not perfect (had everything but the poppyseed bun) but... pretty fantastic, best around and better than most other cities' attempts, & affordable!
