2nd time here. I gotta say it has been the most terrible customer service I've ever had. Both workers in the front had awful... people's skills. The white guy with orange facial hair who took our order had a terrible attitude, very disrespectful, treatscustomers like they are animals and obviously hates his job. Takes his frustration on customers and still claims he doesn't havean attitude. Completely ruined the image of Firehouse Subs. DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BEDISRESPECTED. Will not come back for sure. Read more
I am an Uber Driver. A caucasian man is working here who has a poor attitude. I come to pick up from this location frequently.... However, I had a horrible experience. The guy working there was rude and never explained to me that their online ordering wouldbe down for a couple of days. They did nothing to call tech support to remedy the situation as soon as possible. There were twocustomers on two separate days who saw his poor demeanor. Read more
Terrible experience?.as I am ordering with the cashier ?Clint? all of sudden jumps in and interrupts my order as I am asking the... cashier a question. He is extremely rude, not even sure if he gave me his real name but he should fired as all he is doing isdriving away customers. I placed my order on 6/12/2022 at 2:54PM. As I was waiting for my order I saw him do the exact samething with an older gentlemen. In conclusion the staff altogether acts extremely bothered when customers walk in the door.Whoever oversees this restaurant should check on it as customers are being scared away by terrible customer service. First time to ever try firehouse subs. Ordered a hook and ladder sub and found it quite good. I can't say this is the best... place for a sandwich, but it has its own way about it. I can see myself going here when I get burned out on subway or Jason's.The pickle had a nice snap with each bite. Friendly staff, fast service, and good food. Will have to come back again. Read more
I usually like Firehouse Subs, but this one is not one of my favorites. Due to location, I have been several times. Used to be... better and friendlier. Now I find the sandwiches to be sub-par. Read more
