Just a follow up.... they still haven't. Lol. I've visited this Firehouse in the past not long after it first opened, and... several times afterwards. Last week I decided to eat there again since I was in the neighborhood working. I previously gave thislocation a 5 star rating. After.last week, I had to change that. Service was a little slow. The dining room was dirty. Thedrink machine was out of almost every flavor and what was available was flat. It was also out of ice. Their solution was an icebucket sitting on the floor with a cup so customers could dig out their ice. The unsweetened tea was weak, and the sweet teadispenser was leaking all over the countertop and onto the floor.(no wet floor sign) Their solution just placing a white towelunder the leak. My sub was good. When paying, the cashier didn't ask to round up. I requested it, but she still didn't. Ifilled out the survey through the site the receipt offered detailing all of this and asked for follow up contact. No one hasreached out to me yet. Hopefully this all gets corrected. Read more
I have not been to this location in months because it?s always dirty or always really slow. I decided to give it another chance.... My food was cold, but that was not the bad part. Why did they decide to wrap the meat on the side and not put in the sandwich isbeyond me. This is unacceptable!! The meat and cheese was stuck to the wrapper. All our subs were cold. Good food but short staffed. You got the drive thru guy and the manager running both drive thru, front register, and making... sandwiches. They need help. Read more
The young lady behind the counter was very nice , the sandwich was good. Only issue was the soda machine was out of everything... including the machine at the drive-thru. They don't change the cartridge often or towards closing we were there about 7:00pm. Read more
Food is good but the service is super slow in the drive through. Spent 40 minutes waiting without so much as an apology.... Basically wasted my entire lunch hour. Read more
No issues with sandwich it was great. Had also ordered a bowl of chicken and dumplings soup id score that a zero. All i got was... broth and carrots no chicken no dumplings and it wasn't even hot and tasted salty. Employees give off vibe that they don't evenwant to be there. Was not greeted or anything by any employees. After looking at menu the person who was at register was juststaring at me. Read more
The sandwiches always taste great but the wait time is not. It took twenty minutes to make a single sandwich. Only two... customers present in the dining room. Come here if you have plenty of time and are not in a hurry. Read more
Food is good but i stopped going because it wasnt consistent. They hardly had sauce on the meatball. Or ran out of Dr Pepper... quite often and the same with the BBQ chips always running out. Read more
