Amazing!!! Food is delicious. I have been ordering from them for 4 weeks and this week my fifth week is the first time one menu... item repeats. Food is very tasty, healthy, 3 different size options to choose from. My friend and I love it and love the factthat the menu changes every week so we do not get bored. There may be one or two options that I would not repeat but that isonly due to preference and not taste. If you are looking for a healthy meal service that is tasty and gives you a variety ofoptions every week as well as amazing owners who are helpful, understanding and always put their customers first this isit!!!! I love this place the food is very good super healthy . Really helping me change my eating habits. The menu is great changes... every week .I totally recommended this place just at least try it. Best Meal Prep in Houston. I've tried several. The food at Fab & Fit Foods is fresh, flavorful and delicious. I love that they... have keto and low carb options. I just tried them for the first time this week. Wow! The food is delicious, full of flavor, and definitely not boring. I get... bored with healthy foods easily and the options that are available are awesome and change every week. I love how you can pickdifferent sizes based off of your goal of losing weight, maintaining your weight or if you are trying to bulk up. I looked at 2other health foods meal services and Fab and Fit foods have the best bang for your buck. Also, everything is pre-portioned foryou with a nutritional label on the container. For me this is great because I'm trying to journal daily and this allows me tonot have to guess and calculate all of the nutritional information. I will be returning for more food! Read more
Fab & fit food meals are very delicious. I?ve tried other prepared food companies, but they didn?t have the flavor and freshness... as the Fab & fit meals. I have been a customer for a while now and order my meals on a weekly basis. I like the convenience ofjust popping them in the microwave, and know that I am eating healthy fresh meals without all the preservatives. Thanks to Fab &fit foods, I am also losing excess weight!
