When I saw I had to select "hard or soft" scramble, I was compelled to get here ASAP. My wife ordered berry berry French toast.... It was topped with a delicious compote. We both remarked it would be great to have some at home. It was delicious. I hadbiscuits & gravy, hash browns & PERFECTLY cooked soft scramble eggs. I cannot tell you how much I love eggs. But they must becooked properly- like a steak ???? You guys nailed it. Thank you! Thank you for a nice relaxing-- delicious breakfast. We willbe back. I recommend you enjoy a meal here too. Read more

Absolutely yummy! The steak tips and eggs were delicious, full of flavor, and cooked just right. Plenty of options for sides of... pancakes, I would recommend the cheesecake pancakes though. If you want more healthy options, they?ve got a great selection oflower calorie options and fruit instead of pancakes. If you?ve got a real sweet tooth, you?ve got to try the berry Frenchtoast?.the caramelized top is unreal! The staff are friendly, hardworking, and genuine. Well I was trying to be kind by sending a message but there wasn?t an option - so I have to put this review public. BEYOND... DISAPPOINTING. I ordered the Avocado Benedict and the sauce was totally broken and the eggs were completely solid. It was hardto send the dish back bc no one checked on the table and they were clearly overwhelmed. Once I was able to talk to someone -the guy said the kitchen has a hard time keeping food warm?especially sauces. I just left after a couple of bites and have beendealing with some major stomach issues. I?m new to the area. Never going back there again. Read more

First time at Eggcellence. As soon as you walk in grab a menu and a table. When you?re ready to order. Walk towards the counter... place your order and grab your drink. Process is easy and the ambience is chic and cozy. I ordered the southern omelette with anupgraded side of French toast. The omelette taste amazing. The high light was the French toast. They have a buttery flavor tothem and with the syrup it?s just perfect. They options to add blueberries and other fruits. Overall I liked it and service wasfast.
