Visited Pearland Tx location this evening. Was seated and given normal service chips drink order. Ordered quest with fajita ... Downhill the rest of the way, had to ask twice for chips before manager on duty came by to ask how things were, calmly statednot good had to ask for chips twice as quest got cold and was still waiting. Never saw manager again. Orders arrived and myplate chicken tacos came with beef instead. Again no manager waiter did not offer an apology just returned 15 minutes laterwith plate and to show me receipt that it was someone else?s fault again no manager to offer apology or discount etc. we wereignored last part of dinner. Casa Ole is my all time favorite restaurant. I'm very picky about the rice and have yet to find another restaurant that has rice... as good as at Casa Ole. I drive a long way to get takeout because my local Casa Ole closed due to the pandemic. I order thesame dinner every time. Cheese enchiladas, double rice, no beans. I've eaten the same thing since I was a child. I'm autisticand will notice if there is a change in recipe. Thankfully I get the same food no matter the location at Casa Ole. I love thatthe cheese enchiladas aren't too cheesy. It's the perfect tortilla to cheese ratio and the enchilada sauce is yummy. I alwaysrequest green onions on the side. The rice doesn't have anything weird in it like corn or peas. I can pick them out but it'snice not worry about accidentally eating one. Some locations have a buffet with lots of food choices. The employees are alwayssuper nice and I've never had to wait long for my food. Read more
A great surprise. As one who grew up on Casa Ole, I was super excited to find this one in my neighborhood. The food was... surpringly fresh and delicious. The service was attentive and kind. I can not attest to the authenticity of the food, but I cantell you that it will be enjoyable. Sadly, the green sauce that I adored is not the same. However, it is still worth the trip.The stuffed avocado is as good as I remember. I will be a return customer. Read more
We haven't been to a Casa Ole' in about 12 years due to location. It was good to see that the restaurant preserved itself well.... The leather in the booths was fresh...not all cracked and ugly like some restaurants let their seats get. A big screen TV forthose who need it. The food was prepared perfectly, and Kelly, our server, was great! Read more
Staff was very helpful in assisting disabled family members in getting a comfortable seating place for their wheelchair, & in... dealing with food allergy issues. The staff deserves a raise, not just tips! Food was delicious. Read more
This was an AMAZING experience! We came with no reservation on a Friday night, and while many people were here, there was no... wait and our food came incredibly fast. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, especially our waitress, and therestaurant was beautiful. The food was delicious as well. I would highly recommend trying this place out! Read more
