Got home and my order was not complete, I?ve attempted to call multiple times and and no answer. This is just ridiculous.
We went for the 2 for six whopper special tonight and after ordering was priced at 6 plus dollars each, I asked the man at the... window why it was not 2 for 6 as it was recently? He rudely replied it has been that price for years. That is not true. We willNEVER visit this place again!!!! RUDE EMPLOYEE @ 7 pm 6-11-22. AVOID this establishment, and the BAD attitudes within. Need updated hours. Says 1 am here. At there at 11:45pm and was told they were closed. Window says midnight. I get that people... want to get home, that?s cool but had hours not said 1 wouldn?t have come. Read more
I live in Shadow Creek ranch and I've never been to this location until today and never will I go back again. Came home to find... out that they gave me the wrong order at the drive through. If they gave me the wrong order that means someone else also gotscrewed with their order. I haven't been to a BK location in years so that's why I wanted to give it a try. So... I have to preface this by saying I've never been a big fan of BK in my 35 years. Several times in the past they have fell... short of my expectations and I basically wrote them off for whataburger, etc. That being said, this location (right by my house)has been killing it lately, and they're about to swing my opinion on BK all together. Fast friendly service in the mornings. Always clean. Food is always hot and fresh.
I came to this location last week only to be rushed through my order. The manager(young, Hispanic male) was CLEARLY agitated and... EXTREMELY RUDE. After he rushed me I pulled up to the window and he?s literally yelling at his staff, LOUD! which is probablywhy he forgot to give me my complete order. The lady he was being nasty towards was so sweet and helped correct my order when Iwent in. I would recommend that you hire someone with social skills, emphathy, and with common sense. Read more
