As others have said (too bad I read them after visiting) the floors were super sticky, dirty tables, trash laying around. There... were 3 employees but only one was working. It. Took. Forever. To. Get. The. Snow. Cones. Seriously, 20 mins. The snow cones aregood and tasty and that is why I gave them 2 stars. Not going back, I?ll make the trek to the next one further down 518. This location is continuously out of flavors. It is staffed by unprofessional teens and the customer service is less than par. ... The order board has a hand written sign that's been on there since I've been going (at least a year) that states that theintercom doesn't work. I give it 2 stars because the snowcones are tasty and the location is close. Read more

First time I came, the snow cone was shaved ice with hardly any syrup. Second time, same issue except this time there was... something that looked like a green sliver of plastic in my snow cone and the ice was in large chunks. Sadly, I won't be back tothis location. I love Bahama Buck's. I wish there was a decent one close by. Read more
This is a joke of a business. You can rarely depend on your child getting a snowcone in a timely manner here. The tables are... always gross and the floors are sticky. The kids the run this place are some of laziest I?ve ever seen? I?m pretty sure theytake breaks and close the store to go shopping or smoke pot. I?ve come multiple times and their doors were locked during normalbusiness hours. I give up on this place. Go elsewhere! Read more

The snow cone was great. The place is REALLY dirty. The restrooms had no paper towels, no soap and the backup soap was empty.... The employees didn't seem to really care, they ignored the customers. Very sad. And there were adult items outside the frontdoor. Read more
Second time coming to this location first time I came with my husband it was 20 min before they were closing . They didn?t have... my super sour cherry i totally understood . Second time now it?s Saturday 6pm and again no super sour cherry . Place was dirtyand very hot like the ac was not working. Only have 2 starts because the girls were very nice and friendly especially the girlwith the bun on the photo she shaved my snow cone and did it as instructed light ice and super soft . Manager should be payingmore attention to details dirty place and hot place does not call customer attention especially if there ingredients missing .Need improvement also flavor of the day needs to be more creative .
