I'm giving this location such a low score because of the laziness! I called on October 3 to place an order for a specially cake... for October 8, NOT custom a cake, but a specialty cake (and i made this clear) . While trying to order, the man i spoke toinsisted it was too late to place that order, said i needed to order it a week in advanced. The website clearly says specialtycakes must be ordered 72 hours ahead of pickup date. Now, i may not be a mathematician, but 72 hours is only 3 days... afteri told him what the website said he told me i had the wrong location because they won't accept orders after a week's notice. Ihad to double check myself and i was right! Pearland Town Center location allows specialty cakes to be ordered within 72 hours, not a week! It's custom cakes that need a weeks notice. Luckily i was able to place an order at the Pearland pkwy location. This could've ruined my birthday! Read more
