Brisket was overdone, the fries were not crispy. Somewhat disappointed. Hoping my next visit will be better.
Horrid customer service. I came in 2 hours before closing... fries seemed as if they had been sitting since lunch. The messed up... my whole order and to top it off ... they were slow so I was to frustrated to even go back thru drive thru. Not only the worst Arby's, but the worst run business I have ever dealt with. Consistently gets orders wrong, I've had roast... beef sandwiches with actual hard chunks of meat in them, same with Rubens. Cold fries, horrible service and rude people on morethan one occasion. So we tried the new waygu steakhouse burger deluxe. For my taste buds not that great. The burger sauce was just a sandwich... spread. They used what tasted like bread and butter pickles. And the meat was way way over salted. And for over $8, I thinkArby's missed the bus on this. Read more

Went there with a Make It Right card and was very pleased with the service and food. The team members Kim, Cody and Regan were... extremely friendly and took great care of me and my sister.
