This place is amazing it is multiple levels. There is a restaurant and bar on the main floor and then there is a rooftop bar and... hang out place on the top floor. There?s also an elevator that takes you to the top floor. Many times they have a band playingin the evening which is really nice. There is fireplace and just a very social and friendly atmosphere. My husband and I used to come here regularly before COVID. The service & food haven?t really been the same since last year. So... we avoided going after leaving disappointed various times. However, since it?s been a year and the world is adjusting to the new?normal,? we chose it give it a chance for lunch 1x last month and today because our daughter loves the trains that go aroundabove the booth area. Although our lunch was edible today, it took a long time, the same way it did in September. Even gettingdrinks (a Coke, an Oktoberfest beer, and a kids cup of water), took longer than we thought it would. There are A LOT of kids waiting/bussing the tables, which I think is part of the problem. Walking around/looking uncertain of themselves, no idea on howto go about serving patrons, let alone understanding what?s on tap? I also need to mention when we were brought to our booth, Inoticed shortly after sitting down that our utensils were still slightly wet/with obvious drops but placed on napkins anyway.And when our food was about to come out, someone bussing the tables brought 2 small side plates to us but to my dismay, when Itook one plate off the other, there was smeared hot sauce and ranch in between the plates. Dining room only, no bar....This place was great for everything BUT pizza.....premade frozen pizza, all it tasted like was... freezer burn...that being said everything else was EXCELLENT!!!! Potato skins, shepherds pie, French dip and shrimp tacos wereoutstanding!! If you stay away from the pizza you won't be disappointed. Read more
Always consistent is the PR Saloon. This was my first trip in years however. I was pleasantly surprised to see salmon ($20) on... the menu, and it didn't disappoint. I substituted sweet potatoe fries for the rice that were delicious as well. The saloon hasalways been no frills, and still is. Read more
