Just sat in drive thru for 5 minutes and got no service so I moved up to the window and could clearly hear someone inside and... sat at the window for another 5 minutes to no avail. Normally it?s wrong food or out of something or the grill is down. This ishonestly the worst of the 4 in the area your better off driving out of your way to get better service or service at all and morethan likely the right food. Read more
This place always has some sort of issue. They constantly close for every reason you could possibly think of. Poor customer... service and food quality. Tired of being let down by this establishment. Won?t be back. Make the employees learn how to workproperly and stay open when they should be, then maybe the establishment will have a better reputation. Read more
Ordered over $30 of food on the app. Food was checked in long before I even arrived. Got to the restaurant and was told that... they were out of almost everything that I ordered. Was told that they were unable to offer me a refund or do anything about it.Their solution was to call customer service (they didn?t have the number and I can find it no where online) or to call mybank. Horrible I?ve been waiting sitting around for about 20 mins and still have not gotten my food people around me getting their... orders wrong I bet mine comes out wrong they?re telling every customer to go to front of store so that their time stays low theyhave the doors locked at 12:30pm!!!!!
