If... you think you can beat the system and use your mobile app?try again, bet that doesn?t work 75% of the time either! I ordered online, they where out of buns for the burgers I ordered. Their website said they where out of the slushy the kids... wanted, but excepted my order for the burgers. So, when I arrived, instead of having my order ready, they wanted $3 more forlarger burgers, I had already paid, I told the Manger just give us the larger burgers and eat the difference for theinconvenience. He refused. I told him to refund all of my $35.00 and keep his food. He refunded it to my debit card.That wasalmost a year ago and I refuse to spend money here.I did bring my neighbor to get food for his wife, per his request recently.How stupid to lose a sale and a customer over $3. Typical Sonic food... not great, not bad, but good enough with one exception. This location had most of their electronic menu... boards offline, just displaying the error message to reboot. But food still came out quickly. Two issues, though. The chicken onthe sandwich was very dry and tough. Felt like it had been sitting under the warmer all day. Inedible. The other surprise wasthat two combo meals came to almost $20. It wasn't near this high on my last visit to Sonic. Granted, that was over a year ago. Read more
