Not once in my life have a gave a place a one star review. Any bad experience at an establishment I've had I just never went to... again but this experience has me more aggravated than any other. I ordered through the app pretty late (around 3 a.m). My orderwas confirmed and I was sent the Digital receipt with an order number and the address of which jack in the box I ordered from. Iget to the drive thru and tell them my name and that it's a mobile order. The first thing they to me after I tell is "No",that's it. I ask them what are you talking about? Which they reply your name isn't on my screen. I'm like okay well I have aconfirmation number with a digital receipt that shows I've been charged so can I just show you that? She was extremely adamantthat none of that mattered and that she can't do anything about it after I asked twice. This happened Oct. 20 at 3. A.m so ifthe owner sees this, all I'm asking is someone talk to the worker who working that shift. I've worked in fast food before so Iunderstand it's a difficult job dealing with customers so I was trying to be as nice about it as I could but she was giving meattitude all because I was trying to explain to her that I paid for the food already. She honestly seemed like she wasn'ttrained well which isn't her fault. I'm gonna come back tomorrow and ask for the food or a refund so I'm hoping I can at thevery least get that. Update: I went back the next day and they were much nicer about things and made my food. I'm gonna bump upthe review to 3 stars but I still think they need more training. Read more
3 STARS because you are OPEN 24 HOURS!!! ..last night after 10:30PM the line to the drive thru was very LONG!!! ..our car was... pretty much out on the street waiting!!! ..all I can say is INFLATION!!!???????????? ..the Combo Meals are all over $10!!! ..Ijust decided to order a BREAKFAST COMBO since it was more towards my budget!!!???? ..the Breakfast Sandwich I ordered was waytoo small!!! ..and the Hash Brown was NOT crispy at all!!! ..don't think I'll eat at "Jack in the Box" again unless it'sabsolutely necessary!!! *note: ..bring back your Fish and Chips!!! Forgot an entire meal. Checked the first 3 bags that were handed to me. Noticed two meals where missing. Asked about them and... got handed a 4th bag. Partially my fault for not checking again. ??????? Only put one of the missing meals in the bag. Comehome to find out it still wasn?t right. Tried calling to see if the food was just sitting there and if I can come back to grabit, but the phone number that?s listed is apparently disconnected?!?! Worst jack in the box ever. They took my order at 13:35 pm. I got to the window at 13:53 pm to pay and still wait for my order.... And when i got it there?s missing. I?m missing curly fries and my sauce. When i asked for my sauce they want to charge me againfor the freaking sauce. Seriously? After waiting for almost half an hour?the crew told me i have to pay for the sauce and i toldher my nuggets comes with the sauce. Then i asked for manager the crew went at the back and call whoever the manager is andhearing them saying you can handle it while the lady crew is just new. Felt bad for the crew who doesn?t have a guidance fromthe manager. Just wasted time and money. Waited too long just to get an old nuggets and fries. Read more
Handled ot today. This place is under construction and the drive thru intercom is not working. Ethelyn got my order quickly and... courteously. Wait was no longer than ordering at intercom and waiting for it to be ready. Customer service like that is rarenow. Read more
This is the only fast food restaurant where I've had to wait for 15+ minutes for my food. The drive-thru is even worse! I get... much faster service at a sit down restaurant. This was the absolutely worst I have ever had. It seemed like they had someone on their first day maning the register by... herself. Then when we asked for a bacon cheeseburger with no sauce, only pickle and onion, they literally gave us ONLY pickleand onion. No one questioned it or verified that was what we wanted. Then all our burgers where burnt.... like super burnt.Fries were good, tacos were all right. I usually love Jack n the box, but never again. Absolutely disgusting!!! Read more
All crew members are very unprofessional. After i placed my order at the drive thru and ready to pay at the next window.. i... heard all the crew laughing the way I pronounce my order. I hope you guys train your crew to be professional while at work. youwill loose customers because of this kind of crew member. Read more
