Did the sizes of the drinks change? We always order medium but were given small size for drinks and were told the sizes changed.... But yet we paid for a medium? Make that make sense. Changing for extra condiments and cutting down the servings isn't fair. Read more

Love BK but on one occasion I was charged for food when I had never even gone. So pay cash instead.
Service great! Prices not so great. Ordered 2 for $11 quarter pound -- buns burger, pickles, and cheese -- that's it!

We usually avoid BK at noonish when they are expectedly super busy and drive thru is backed up onto ka?ahumanu, but today there... was open parking so walked in to order. There?s currently a 2 meals for $17 deal which is pretty good because if you justpurchase the sandwiches only, it would be 2 for $11? so for $6 more you get two small drinks and two small fries. Ended upgetting two of the $17 meals and an 8 piece jalapeño bites for almost $40. One of the whopper burgers was requested to be lowcarb (no buns) and we were impressed that they added a little pile of green (actually green) lettuce instead of white icebergwhich is what you?d receive at a competitor like W?s. The impossible burger is included in the pair deals (both the sandwichonly or meals) and the higher price is even better savings being $9.19 for sandwich only/$12.19 for meal. One down side was we ordered onion rings but didn't get it. It was busy and it felt rushed getting our order so I think it was... missed even when we said it twice. Also, the fries tasted funny. Sweeter and under cooked. And I love potatoes and usually don'tmind what form they are in. But I could not yet with that flavor. Read more
