Usually it's a decent experience with the drive thru and I know they are short staffed at all restaurants or they are motivated.... We decided to go in there this afternoon. My husband said he wont he back. They didn't have a working register because sofocused on drive thru, so guy took order on paper. Friendly staff and especially seem to be Manager, but wrong order, they don'tpay u hardly any attention coming to eat indoors because way too focused on drive thru and I'm very understanding extremelybusy, but too me at least acknowledge u. The fries were horrible and were all sticking together like old oil. It seemed to bedirty in restaurant. Before Covid it was not like this. I try be understanding and maybe with more staff. Worst Customer Service ever... I ordered online and was told they don't have a carryout when it was stated that way on the app.... Then some manager ot something was rude and stated they don't do that here but when I walked to the drive through my order wasalready there... just bad service.... Read more

Be willing to wait in line and go thru the drive thru, even if you order ahead, using their app, because they lock the doors,... BEFORE THE POSTED "OPEN" HOURS AND LEAVE YOU NO OTHER OPTION !!! Read more

The wait is terrible! Especially the drive thru. Its the worst when you get stuck in their drive thru and can't get out. This... used to be one of the best fast food restaurants in Pearl. Read more

Has got to be one of slowest places on the face of the earth to get food almost 40 mins in drive thru would have drove off but... they have corralled in with concrete and shrubs do not suggest the drive thru at all maybe the inside service is better but noway I will return to find out Read more

The inside had 1 customer at a table. The drive-through had a long line. We went inside to order. It took quite some time to be... waited on but our food was ready quickly and correctly. The staff was upbeat as and polite. Staffing shortages are a major issuefor the food service industry in our area. Would uh ave given 5 stars except the machines were out of caffeine free sodas. Took about 30 minutes before someone took an order , this was inside at the Register. they seemed to be getting out drive... through orders much faster and completely ignoring people in line inside. I watched 3 people leave while I was there. My faultreally for eating anywhere instead of bringing my lunch today. I won?t be back here for sure. I guess people have just stoppedcaring and that includes managers. If you don?t want to do dine in then close the doors. Read more
