Called the GAC?s in the outlet mall around 6:30, I looked up their hours and it said they didn?t close until 7. trying to be... considerate because I too work in a restaurant and hate when people order late, I called and asked if they could set aside a boxof the mini salted pretzels for me and my better half. The girl on the phone proceeded to tell me that they had thrown out allthe cookies and were closing for the night. I asked her why when they don?t close until 7, she then told me that they throw outall of the pretzels at 6 and I would not be able to come and purchase any since they had to ?be out of the building by 7?. I wasvery distraught by this response, after she argued with me about the pretzels for about two minutes and told me she was the?shift supervisor? and I...and I quote ?could not speak to her manager because they weren?t there? she hung up in my face andrefused to answer any calls I made after that. I hate writing reviews like this, but I will be finding somewhere else to dobusiness and will be sharing my experience with others. I work in the restaurant industry and this type of behavior towardspaying customers is UNACCEPTABLE where I work. Horrible customer service, horrible staff attitude not going back. Read more
Absolutely and totally disgusted by the way the manager treated the young African American girl that work there she was asked... to leave her job because she had an air fro, her natural hair I encouraged the black community and black people to not eat atthis restaurant if they can not appreciate natural ethnicity you should not support them , this could have been your child allbecause of her natural hair,stand by this Young sister and don't give this company another dime of your money.. Waited in a long line & when it was my turn to order the girl behind the cash register started taking someone who wasn?t even in... her line that came in after me. I asked ?was I not next?? If I could only give half a star, I would! I can't say it's the WORST service ever because I NEVER GOT SERVED!!! I stood in... front of the counter & the little boy passed me over, TWICE to help other ppl who had come in after me. Rudest young people ever. My 4 very young daughters looked through every flavor trying to decide which cookies they wanted and... the young girl couldnt wait one second with out asking in very rude manor what else knowing they just started looking if youdon?t want to help or do not have any customer sales skills get a new job. I came in the establishment around 640 i was told that my order would take 15 mins to prepare its now 715 and they stated its... still in the oven. I ordered a large min dogs and a mozzarella stuffed bites the front lobby was terrible trash cans over filleddirty tables and litter all on the floor. Very bad service. Sad part is i love the food here and have never seen this occurbefore and have been here at least 3 times a week. Read more
