Okay, so... I left 3 stars because my experience here is just either or. Black or White. Great or Horrible. Who knows? Flip a... coin. Yes, it's like that. The store is usually clean so there's that. If they're going to make you wait a long time (becausequite often that pizza may be hot, but it is NOT ready.) they need more than 1 chair. It gets hot outside.. and people may nothave the gas to sit in their car with the A/C on for (not exaggerating) 15 minutes. Some employees are super nice. Some are veryrude. Some are distracted, preoccupied, aloof or just an airhead. Like I said, it's just random... luck of the draw. Who knowswhat you'll get for your visit. So I'll keep it simple, short(er) and basic for this review. You get your stuff, it's always hotand it's fine. I've 100% NEVER had them make mistakes or get my order wrong. EVER. So yeah. Their prices have gone upastronomically and with all the discounts Domino's is always tossing around it kind of makes Little Ceasars irrelevant since youusually have to wait there now anyway, and their once super cheap pizzas have now become not super cheap, and we all know howtheir quality is. It's good (I HATE pizza, but my son LOVES it), but it may as well be microplastic and you can get a littleless microplasticness at Domino's , lol. It's basically one of those places you go cause it's close to you or somewhere elseyou're going and you just want something simple. Your experience is a roll of the dice (die? dye? Excuse me, sp.) but even ifyou have to wait, it will be accurate, and unless you're expecting gourmet pizza you'll be happy. TLDR? Better preparation sothe pizzas actually are READY. They were busy but I still received my order within the time they said it would be done on the app. My pizza and wings was good.
Ordered a deep dish 9/21/22 6:30 pm and was treated to watching an exemplary crew at your Highway 80, Pearl, MS store while I... waited. They all showed pride in their work and store! From the cash register/drive through girl, the man making pizzas, manat the oven cutting/boxing pizzas, and man stocking the drink refrigerator, there wasn't a wasted motion. The wait was a little long but sooooo worth it! We ordered cheesy bread and pep pizza. They were out of the cheesy bread dough... so they made us a cheesy bread pizza. It was delicious!! Pizza was superb too!!! Excellent service! Read more

Today is the last time I leave this facility feeling discriminated against. I?ve given this location multiple chances, since I... live close by. Multiple times I?ve been told they?re out of pizza while the guy speaking to me is around the building smoking.Tonight 11/04/2022 8:00p, I pull up to the speaker and asked specifically ?do you have any pizza ready for pickup?? She namedall the different ones, so I asked for two peps. She said they didn?t have two so I settled for a pepperoni and one sausagepizza. I pull up to the window, hand her my card, she charges, then hands me my receipt. She then closes the window and leansover the counter browsing social media. She walks outside, comes back in and puts pizza in the online order oven, then walks tothe back for quiet some time. I kept my composure and said thank you when she finally hands me the pizza I ordered. Her reply?mmm hmm? (slams the window). Never again. Read more
