This used to be the best Arbys i had ever went to. I always enjoyed the food and service, i grew up giong to this place. However... in the last couple of years the service has really fallen off. You rarely get what you order sometimes get things you didntorder. Never get a straw! And Heaven forbid you ask for one or tell them your order is wrong! Read more

Four employees working and it took over 15 minutes for a dine in order. There was only one other couple sitting in restaurant at... the time. All four employees acted like it was torture to be there working. Very unfriendly. There is a reason that Chic-Fil-A?slike is wrapped around the building at every location. It?s not because they have the best chicken sandwich. IT?S BECAUSE OF THEFAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE! That is not what you will get at this Arby?s location! Read more
Lobby wasn?t open on Sunday, but is Monday through Saturday. Not everyone wants to sit in the drive through for 30 minutes. ... There were more than enough people standing around in the back that could attended the dining room. Won?t be going back. Read more

Shows at store and online that the location in pearl, ms on Pearson rd. Closes at 11pm But I arrives at 1026at Drive thru and... one more car also arrived behind me but no one answered. So I pulled into parking space and 3 more vehicles showed up and youcan clearly see 2 people inside. So I tried to open door but they had already locked it. Just as bad this time only asMcDonald's and taco bell in brandon ms. Just lazy employees. This ever happens here again, ill never go to another arbysagain. I can't select what I did at this location because I never got a chance. We need better service these days. Read more
