We ordered our smoothiez through the app. I got there 6 minutes past when they were "supposed" to be ready. They were literally... runny, not iced. Watered down. I can barely taste the flavor. Also, the girl (acted like a manager, chip on her shoulder) didn'tbother to smile. I get it that you don't want to be there, but please don't make me wish I wasn't there either. Been 3 times and still haven?t gotten a smoothie. I don?t know if it is just horrible luck or what, but the first time their... system was down so they sent me away. The other two, it was during hours their sign says they are open but they just weren?t. Ilike smoothie kings in general, but this location seems to be very poorly managed and/or understaffed. waited in line for 45 mins to order a smoothie and asked for no artificial stuff and no added sweeteners. it was soooooo sweet... and gross and artificial tasting I had to return it. they are making a replacement that I hope is way better, this first one wasun drinkable . if lines get so long they need to repone the inside too. covid is almost over no need to still stay closed. alsoapparently though they advertise a $4 happy hour it's only if you order on the app. not if you wait patiently inlinecfor 45mins. then no happy hour drink you you.Well update. I got my premade smoothie it was drinkable this time, but was not verytasty. tasted like frozen apple juice. well hard to believe this place stays in business if its smoothies are not even as goodas you can make at home. sad Read more

Atlanta has a heat advisory and my mother and I were desperate for a nice smoothie. We drove into the lot and saw a man behind... the counter and then called and a woman picked up inside. She said they were too understaffed to open. Has anyone been in asmoothie king where more than one or more workers has been there? Because to me this seemed like laziness. I understandunderstaffed workers needing a break but I feel like most smoothie kings usually only have one or two people anyways. This location is the worst. They always have something going on. This morning (June 2nd) I placed a mobile order. When I go to... pick up my order I'm told their system is down and no orders can be fulfilled. They said I have to go through the app to get arefund but couldn't tell me specifically where to go. I also wasted $4 in rewards on this order. One time they told me they wereonly accepting mobile orders. I am never placing an order in advance again because who knows if they will be able to fulfill myorder. *June 8th Update* To date I have not received a refund. I am being given the run around. The store is telling me to gothrough the app for a refund. The app is telling me that the store will issue me a refund. I don't care who the refund comesfrom just as long as I am given one. Today their system is down again. Whatever you do don't order through the app because youwon't get a refund. All orders placed when during the time the system was down should have been voided. It shouldn't be thishard to get a refund. Do better. Read more

Rude and dismissive customer service. I arrived early at 7:45am. I had just done a basic metabolic rate test so I had been... fasting and was faint. Another reason I needed this smoothie was I am also still recovering from oral surgery so I need a liquiddiet. I had received a marketing email about a buy one get one free size 15oz until May 16. I did not print the email because itsaid ?a special? so I just expected the special to be internal and communicated to staff top down. That was not myexperience. When I entered the store, I was not greeted albeit four staff members (2 women and 2 men) were sitting or standinginside the store. I felt as though I had just interrupted a group meeting. But the sign said open and there was a customerwaiting ahead of me. I waited my turn and when asked, I informed the clerk about the special I read about. He asked for proofthen denied the special when I could not produce evidence of their special. I was flabbergasted. He then went about his day andhe casually mentioned checking the mobile app. I pulled put my phone and checked the mobile app. I asked him for help because Irarely use the app. Instead of helping, the clerk said I was a low priority and that I would have to wait. Because I felt faintfrom no food and I needed to take my post-surgical antibiotic timely, I left while telling the clerk not to bother gettingaround to me that I am leaving due to bad customer service. I left, and ate my cold oatmeal in the car while typing up acomplaint on the Smoothie King website. I would have preferred to rejoin the Smoothie King customer family and use my app andpoints more regularly but this experience has changed me for good. No more Smoothie King. I?ve never been so rudely treated bytotal strangers who are supposed to be supportive of health and wellness. This is not on corporate brand and should be addressedby upper management. I arrived here at 8:27pm. Closing time posted 9pm. They are closed. Darkness. Nothing but darkness here. Super disappointed.... Wasted my time, gas, and hopes. Read more

Went through Drive-thru and ordered 2 smoothies. Drive off and halfway home took a sip...not drinkable, had to toss them both!... Not even mixed, no sweetener or peanut butter as requested. The receipt showed the order as correct but it wasn't even close! Noidea what was in there TBH Read more
