I really want to love this place because of the amazing menu they offer but the employees are just soooo inconsistent with the... portion sizes, getting your order correct and simply treating the customers as if they even matter. I visit this locationroughly about 2-3 times a week and the only time I?m lucky to get my order correct is when two particular employees are there.Sorry I don?t remember their names but one is a heavy set white male and the other is a slim African American woman. They arefriendly and pretty consistent however the two African American males that work there are the worst. One seems very young andthe other is just not pleasant AT ALL, upon taking your order he always seems so miserable as if your ruining his day?not a goodatmosphere to walk into and not to mention every time he makes my order it?s as if he just slaps it together. And my order isalways half full, all in all I really hope the two owners I once met while ordering one day sees my review because the customerservice and food preparation at this location can definitely use some polishing to say the least. We had a great experience during our first visit to Press Blend Squeeze. The açaí bowl was delicious and my sons particularly... enjoyed their PB&J and Berry-licious smoothies. Establishment is very clean and the staff were attentive. Even had a quick chatwith one of the owners of this family-run business and learned a bit about their personal commitment to healthful living throughquality foods. I was excited to purchase my staple Acai Bowl after not having it for some time. Sadly, the quality of the ingredients are not... the same. For the first time ever (and my husband agreed), both the acai and the granola tasted basic and were missing theirusual good flavor. There are a couple of things the store can do to improve. 1) The demeanor of folks taking orders should improve. Staff wasn't... rude, just not really welcoming either. Be friendly, be nice, we're out to have a positive experience. 2) Improve the level ofservice. It took almost 20 minutes to get 2 smoothies. It was not busy and there were 3 employees from what I could see. As faras positives, they were clean and appeared to wear gloves and masks. The smoothies themselves were good, but had a bit of apowdery taste/texture. That's all subjective, but just our experience. Hope this helps improve and maximize their potential. Read more

Came in after a workout and got a slice of avocado toast and an acai bowl! I really like that they offer two sizes for the acai... bowls, the smaller one was absolutely perfect for me.
