The food was absolutely awful. Bizarrely seasoned meats, overly seasoned rice and baba gahnoush that was way too smokey (maybe... they use an artificial flavoring?). Falafel tasted like dirt. I loved my Gyro Pita! The meat was cooked perfectly and the tsatiki sauce was amazing. Fresh rice with tomatoes and carrots were... my side, but I got a mini hummus as well. All so good. Food was average at best. Ordered a steak shawarma.. steak was refired, no flavor at all. Taste more like Greek gryro than... shawarma. Side fries we cold and dry. Smoke vent wasn't on.. so there was a cloud of smoke inside. 1 steak shawarma +fries and1 coke. $20... never again... Read more

The reviews are great and I'm confident they're true, but my experience was, I believe, an exception: Placed my order for steak... kabobs easily enough, there were a few people dining in and one person waiting for carryout. Twenty minutes pass and thosefolks have rotated out and some new diners have sat in, ordered and received their plates and another carry out comes and goes.Checking in on my order, I'm assured it'll only be a minute. Which is true -- I receive it shortly after. What I received wasaesthetically pleasing, save for -- the onions on the steak kabob were essentially burnt squares of film between chunks ofincredibly burnt meat. I'm all for a bit of that charcoal flavor, but this was beyond grill marks: the meat chunks were bitter,tough, and dressed on a bed of overly salted rice. The 'grilled' vegetables as sides had grill marks, but were still very rawwith some seasoning dusted on. The sliced pita bread was standard and tasty, but didn't compliment the bitter spread. Thefries were delicious, but again, not sufficient in comparison. I let someone know and the chef was very kind in explaining thatthe issue was the seasoning burning on the meat and we came to the conclusion that I wasn't happy with the quality of the $15meal. Then...nothing -- I'm not one for extended confrontation, so I dumped my plate, rescued the store bought pita breadslices and went back to my office. It could've been an error on my part: maybe I should've ordered a quickly made gyro and myorder would've been out of the kitchen much faster and not burnt to a crisp. Eat here, it's a chain, there were plenty ofpeople coming, going, and enjoying their meals around me: maybe just don't expect to have a conversation or receiveconsideration if your food turns out less than standard or you're unhappy with an order. I ordered the Big Greek Gyro via GrubHub, delivery was very fast, but the food was aweful! Supposed to be beef in that gyro, but... it more looks like skin-like brown peels. Huge thick sort-of grilled carrot slices and two slices of almost raw grilledzuckini, some lettuce on a warm pita. My bill was $20. What a waste of money. Don't recommend it to anyone. Read more

The food was fresh and tasty. It was nice to taste authentic flavors and for them to be light. A little on the pricey side for... lunch if you don't get just a Pita Combo but this restaurant is still worth a try. Read more
