An unfortunate waste of a great PTC retail location. Toppings wrong and multiple orders with missing garlic cups, even after... paying for extras. If you call to explain the issue you?ll be met with an indifferent response that borders on argumentative. Weare done with this location. Try reading the order and verifying it before pick up or delivery!! It?s simple. I don?t care aboutyour new boxes that don?t fit the cups well (a fairly recent excuse while in the store). Use a bag! Raw Onions...They really don?t deserve 1 Star! Horrible Customer Service! Ordered 1 Lrge specialty pizza, 1 Lrge onion, bell... peppers, sausage, beef n extra cheese, 1 small cheese pan pizza and 15 wings. I Spent $59.61. The onions were raw and werethrown on the pizza as they forgot to put them on prior to cooking the pizza and forgot the extra cheese. Called back to justrequest they remake it. Didnt want a credit just remake it. They could not remake due to closing in 30 minutes. The trainingmngr, Paul, checked with the cook and she told him she forgot to put the onions on before cooking. I told him I could tell. Heshared all he could offer me was a credit for cheese bread after the large pizza cost $20,65. That was Unacceptable. All Iwanted is the pizza corrected! He advised, I call the next day to speak with manager Ahmet(the owner). I Called and spoke withAhmet and he would not remake pizza or give a credit for the full pizza cost but offer a $7 credit then changed it to $10 creditoff a future order. I spent $60 tipped $5 and all he wanted to offer is $10 off a future order. We?ve been patronizing heresince Marcos opened have spent a lot of money and this is the Best you can do. Never had an issue in the previous years and Ijust want what I paid for to be right. DO NOT DEAL WITH AHMET OR PAUL. They obviously are new management and will not last longwith poor customer service. Sure missed the lady who use to own it before them. DO NOT PATRONIZE WITH MARCOS ON PEACHTREEPARKWAY! Read more

My wife and I ordered a large deluxe without green peppers. The pizza arrived faster than the delivery estimate. The order was... correct and very hot! This pizza was so savory and delicious! I can't remember the last time I had pizza that tastes so good.goods. A++ service and goods. After being let down by their competitors on multiple occasions Marco's wins hands down. We've tried at least a dozen different pizza places over the years, and there simply is no better tasting pizza than Marco's. ... The sauce is just yum...very tasty. Only complaint: it always takes an hour for delivery. Read more
