Wow. What happened to this place to go down hill so fast? New management? Everywhere is filthy and not been cleaned!and that's... just what you can see! Friends of staff hanging out, going in and out of rear exists, upturned boxes and games. The service was horrible the cashier had a attitude like she didn't want to be there, she wouldn't even speak or when asked a... question she would basically roll her eyes and didn't even answer. The restrooms were horribly disgusting my daughter went inand there was blood all over the stall and there was no toilet paper. definitely didn't feel welcomed. one place I will nevercome back again. I ordered ultimate chocolate & biscoffee with different toppings. The price was $6 for each bowl of ice cream and you can choose... up to 3toppings without any additional cost. My experience today was very upsetting. First I place my order and as I wait longer then I should I?m watching the employee eat... the toppings while on the clock and then 3 people who got there after me get their ice cream first which made no sense to me.Very unprofessional and I hope next time I stop by my visit won?t be so unpleasant. Ice cream is fine but it is a bit too rich for my blood. They do make it in front of you but after 3 orders it cost over $20. I... went on a busy Sunday afternoon. Waited 10 minutes to place my order and another 20 minutes before we received the ice cream. These require alot of manual labor and can take a minute to make. Just 2 employees working and they are understaffed. Placecould have been cleaner I just think they were behind. Tables had cracks in them. We stopped in a hot day to pick up some cool treats. Service was fast and have a reward system linked to an app that is easy to... use. If want to be green can email or text your receipts here.
