I was charged for a regular combo when I ordered a little john combo. I knew it was the wrong price so I asked the cashier if... $9.53 charge was correct. His coworker and him confirmed it was right. That WAS Freaky Fast. Went in for an Italian Nightclub combo (always a great sandwich) and it was done the moment I finished... paying. Granted, I was the only customer there, but the team worked great together and they were carrying on a conversation witheach other and me, so I didn?t even notice my sandwich being made until it was handed to me! Horrible service, tried to call location and got nowhere with the woman who answered the phone. Try to tell me they couldn?t... look up the order to fix issues. Don?t get me wrong, I love Jimmy Johns. But this store needs better management. I placed an online order at 12:06pm, drove to... the store to pick it up 15 mins later, food still wasn?t ready, was told it was ?next?, proceeded to wait 20 more mins as otherpeople who came into the store after me got their sandwiches. Poor customer service. The only reason this rating isn?t 1 star isbecause I?ve know it?s not Jimmy Johns as a whole, it?s this store. Read more
