While the food was good quality, the lower stars are due to the evening staff. While helpful, I couldn't help but feel as if I... was just another order that they wanted out the door. Minimal eye contact, barely asked questions on what I wanted and juststanding there waiting for me to say something. Overall, would go back again as the food was good, but staff needs improvement. Normally this is a favorite place of mine but the staff here provided a very poor performance..you have an employee on his phone... watching baseball, only 1 guys taking peoples orders and checking them out. Every is in the back ?chilling? and not showing anyconcern for the customers waiting to have their order taken. We had a quick dinner here on a Monday night, about 40 minutes before closing. Plenty of parking and lots of seating inside.... There?s an outside patio too. It was pretty busy even after 9pm. The music was loud and groovy. Hubby and I shared a three tacoplate. Carnitas, chicken and barbacoa on soft tacos; the carnitas tasted the best. Amount of chips were pretty thin anddisappointing. Hit or miss? sloppy preparation. I hate corn but I always get one kernel in my meal. Frustrating!!! Do better Chipotle!

I eat chipotle 3-4 times a week at different locations throughout Georgia. This location is top 3 when it comes to cleanliness... and service overall. They got me through the line quick and did a great job. They seemed a bit stingy with the portions, but Iwont take a star away for it. I noticed even the bathrooms were clean! Also, before we could get up, an employee offered tothrow away our stuff and take our plate. Not many Chipotle locations doing that nowadays. Definitely will come back here again. Read more

Service/attitude of staff was unfriendly. Also ordered 3 tacos. Barely any carnitas or cheese in tacos. Staff didn't drain the... carnitas and bottom of tacos shell fell apart. See attached pics. Very disappointed in Chipotle Read more
