I LOVE THIS PLACE. The food is AMAZING and the customer service is impeccable. They are always so nice and everything is cooked... fresh to order (so please be patient and kind). I work in the plaza so I’m always stopping by for a quick bite to eat. So far,I’ve ordered the Philly cheesesteak, the lamb gyro, the mozzarella sticks, and the quesadillas. They are SO good. My go towhen I don’t feel like cooking is the lamb gyro, it literally melts in your mouth and has the best flavor. Oh, the onion ringsare delicious too. Very delicious and juicy halal burgers, quickly served, very clean and cosy place to hang out with family and friends
Ordered delivery from this location. Vegetables on burger were old. Tomato looked like someone chewed it and spit back on... burger. Sandwich was good but had very little meat on it. There is no way I would have accepted this burger if I had dined in.I'm very disappointed with the premium price I paid, for sub-par products. This place is clean and the food is delicious. The service is friendly and professional. I had veggie burger with fresh cut... avocado in it and some sweet potatoes fries, extra crispy, I like that. UPDATE AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: Choosing not to provide ice to customers is not a supply chain issue. Ice can be readily available.... Choosing to remove the fountain drink machine which was there previously and replacing it with a small fridge to hold cans ofCoke is not a supply chain issue. It also is not brand standard for BurgerIM. Purchasing a cheaper brand of ketchup is not asupply chain issue. Heinz is not having trouble supplying millions of restaurants nationwide. Choosing to provide cheap chickenwings to customers is not a supply chain issue. Using a Styrofoam container instead of the metal trays, which are brandstandard, is not a supply chain issue. Purchasing cheap processed fries instead of sliced potatoes which are brand standard, isnot a supply chain issue. And purchasing online reviews to mitigate the substantial negative reviews is not a supply chainissue. These are a series of conscious choices to provide a substandard product to customers because the brand is going throughbankruptcy and can’t pay attention to what you are doing. This strategy will not work. You have already lost customers and youwill continue to do so. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The 4 and 5 star reviews have to be paid. I can’t believe BurgerIM allows the brandto be used here. Terrible representation. No fountain drinks. No ice machine. Only tap water. Only Coke and Dr. Pepper to drink.Off brand condiments. Low quality chicken wings and fries. Food served in a small styrofoam box - cut in half to save .01.Something is not right here. My son says go to Cheeseburger Bobby’s. Even if you're not a fan of burgers like I'm, you need to try this! The cooking and presentation processes are excellent, very... tasty and simple, and prices are reasonable. We enjoyed cowboy and angus burgers and the kids had burger and chicken strips, weloved it! Read more
First time trying this place out, burgers were delicious and halal too. They have low carb/keto options available. We ordered... the garlic aioli and cheese jalapeños fries, super yummy! Raza (the owner) was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitelyrecommend. Overall very fresh and lots of options to customize to your own liking. Read more
Had an okay experience ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich it was pretty fresh but the seasoning on the chicken was a little on... the salty side. Had a side order of fries and a drink the portion of the fries was really small for the price I paid. But theywere hot and crispy. Maybe next time they will put more fries and less salt on the chicken. Read more
