Placed an order on the app for three sandwiches. Arrived at my pickup time for curbside pickup. After 15 minutes of waiting... after the store had marked my order as ready I went inside. They said it was almost ready. They also got two of the sandwicheswrong. Between all that and the 82 health score this location could use some cleanup. Read more

So disappointed by this new Cali Fresh Sub. At least from this location! No smashed avocado, no bacon, few sparse bits of... spinach and very little mozzarella. I?m wondering what happened here???? I dont know where to begin. My sandwich was awful it was not toasted like i asked and then the lady tried to argue that it was.... You can physically tell its not. The meat was even cold. I worked for subway for a long time it shouldnt have been served thisway. She kept just repeating the veggies i asked for while i was trying to tell her what was wrong with the sub. They REFUSED to give a refund and didnt even appoligize. Their attitude was worse than the sub. I do not recommend going to this store whenyou can go to a different one right around the corner . I would have given five stars, but the staff wasn't very friendly. They both seemed to be in a hurry to get the sandwich making... over with. I ordered during a slow time, but noticed as the customer count picked up, so did their moods. Work on that and IMIGHT change this to five stars. Read more
