We love Firehouse! They have the best food!! We order sub's from them, usually at least once a week!
I ordered an order from doordash. The order was confirmed and prepared. The door dasher notified me that they were there picking... up my order and the store cancelled my order!!!! I waited over an hour for the store to cancel my order. I thought doordashcancelled the order but it was the store. Furious is an understatement. If you didn't have the items, cancel the order rightaway. Don't cancel the order once the driver reaches the resteraunt for pick up! With no explanation at all. Read more
