This Dunkin is hit or miss. The line can be very long and slow at the drive through and very often the store inside is closed. ... The coffee is good and most often the hot chocolate is too. So I just pulled up to Dunkin? and ordered 2 maple-bacon croissant sandwich & 1 Lg hot macchiato w/oat milk & 1 Lg cold vanilla... bean coolatta. So you must be wondering why the 1 star.. well my experience sucked. The macchiato was lukewarm and I requestedno foam. Well the service clerk told me with an attitude that ,?I used the last of the oat milk so I don?t know. Also that?s howthe macchiato comes with foam so there?s no way to remove the foam?! Now I wouldn?t have minded if when I told her that mymacchiato was lukewarm she?s would have taken it from me and made me a fresh cup but she rolled her eyes, pursed her lips andhesitated to take the cup. The lid was also falling off so if the contents was hot I would have been burnt should it spill. Theservice is deplorable and this staff needs to be either terminated or retrained. This is the food service industry and it?spretty early (noon) in the day for her to be having such a bad day. But it wasn?t just her but other staff members. I will neverpatronize this particular Dunkin? in Peachtree city! What makes matters worst , she reheated it and brought it back with thefaulty lid & the cup So it nearly spilled and the contents is indeed hot now. Slow slow slow. Man, this Dunkin is slow. Possibly the slowest Dunkin on planet earth. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for 2... simple coffees, only for them to realize they had my order wrong. They thought we had 2 refreshers; How do you make thatmistake? Read more
This is an edited review. I am editing this review because the next day I actually got the opportunity to meet Mrs.Paula the... real manager at this Dunkin. The previous day she was out and her stand in was well let's just say not Mrs.Paula. Mrs.Paulagreeted me as soon as I came through the door and gleefully asked me what I needed. When I told her 8 dozen she said "we got it"and commenced to building boxes and stuffing them with donuts. They had major issues with drive up . I stopped coming here until recently Not sure who the new manager is but she is definitely awesome and has the coolest attitude... with her other workers. Ordered a cappuccino, got an iced cappuccino with a half inch of sugar in the bottom of the cup. The doughnut tasted like it was... at least 2 days old. Will not be going to Dunkin' doughnuts again for the remainder of our trip to the states Read more
